Tarea#7

The following is a simple Sun Salutation, that anyone can do, this of course like every exercise can be modified according to your agility, mobility, range of motion, etc.

 

This can be used as a warm up, for your actual yoga practice(or any other workout really) or it can be your full yoga practice. You can do this for 5 to 10 min every day in the morning to start your day(or before bed, or whenever you feel like) and feel fresh and relaxed.

 

As always. Remember to breath, and always know your limits. If there is something you can’t do or it feels to strenuous ease off a bit. Flexibility comes with practice.
